Start planning your day

The version of all-inclusive where you finally close the spreadsheet.

What's included

The arrangements are handled and the essentials are included at no extra cost, no surprise add-ons, no wedding tax. The same is true whichever setting you choose.

Accommodation

The one piece booked separately. Your guests book their own rooms, lodges and houses on the estate, so everyone stays.

What included actually means

Not a shell you fill, but a day that's set up, styled and staffed before you walk in.

Set up before you arrive

The tables, the chairs, the greenery, the fairy lights, the ivory flowers, placed and dressed by us, included. Most venues sell this back to you piece by piece; here it's simply part of the day.

Set up before you arrive

The one separate piece

Accommodation sits outside the package. Your guests book their rooms, lodges and houses on the estate, and everyone stays. No minibuses at midnight, no hotel-block spreadsheets.

The one separate piece

Optional means optional

The extras, a whisky tasting, a pre-arrival BBQ, clay pigeon shooting, a Highland-cow photo experience, are exactly that: extras. Priced up front, agreed with you, and never slipped quietly onto the bill.

Optional means optional

One wedding at a time. Yours.

Barn, meadow or kirk, twenty guests or a hundred and fifty, however you shape the day, it is built on the same promises.

01

The only wedding on the estate

We host one wedding at a time. While you're here, the glen, the barn and the team are about nobody else.

02

Three days, not a time-slot

Arrive the day before, marry in the middle, leave slowly the day after, and with beds for 88 on the estate, everyone stays with you.

03

Everything's included

Coordinator, set-up, styling, reception drinks, the evening buffet, included from the start, not added at the end.

Everyone stays

The estate sleeps up to 88, so the celebrations don't end when the music does, nobody drives home, and breakfast the next morning is part of the story.

Sleeps up to 88 across the estate, 10 hotel rooms, 8 steading rooms, 9 luxury lodges and 2 houses.

Have it in the barn, the meadow or the kirk

The same inclusions apply whichever setting you choose, so pick the one that feels like you.

All-inclusive questions

What does all-inclusive mean at Glen Clova?

Your dedicated wedding coordinator, hire of the barn, full set-up, reception drinks, an evening buffet of your choice, a wedding tasting with wine, and stylish decoration - greenery, fairy lights and ivory flowers are all included at no extra cost, whichever setting you marry in.

Is there really nothing extra to pay on the day?

The package covers the essentials at no extra cost. Accommodation is the one separate piece, and optional extras, a whisky tasting, a pre-arrival BBQ, clay pigeon shooting, are exactly that: optional, and agreed with you up front.

Do you publish a price?

We don't publish a standard price, because no two Glen Clova weddings are the same shape. What we do instead is lead with exactly what's included, then talk you through your date and your numbers clearly, without chasing you.

Can we choose our own suppliers?

Yes. Our supplier list is open and recommend-only, around sixty names across nine categories that we love working with. You're free to bring your own photographer, florist or band.

Is accommodation included in the package?

Accommodation is the one piece booked separately. The estate sleeps up to 88 across nine luxury lodges, ten hotel rooms, eight steading rooms and two houses, so everyone stays, and nobody worries about getting home.

No surprises. Just the day.

Tell us where, when and roughly how many. We'll take it from there.

Real people, warm replies, no obligation.
